In our Spring 2026 newsletter, we’ll include a short survey, and we’d really like your honest feedback.

It won’t be a long survey, just a few questions. Your views and thoughts will give valuable insights and will be used to help us enhance your experience with us.

Member Forum to be launched in the Summer

We’re also launching a Member Forum in 2026 and we’d like YOU to be involved. Whatever stage of your pension journey – your views are important, and you can champion change.

What is it?

The forum is where we can find out what members are thinking and feeling about your pension with us and saving for the future. We can share some of our ideas and how we’re planning to improve your experience.

How will it work?

We’ll meet up online with forum members, three or four times a year. We’ll set the agenda, and ensure there’s time for your questions too.

We need people like you to make it happen. If you’re interested in how your pension works, have questions or want to be part of making your online experience more engaging – we’ll give you the opportunity to sign up and have your say.
