As part of our desire to bring you a great pension experience, we moved those of you who were previously administered by Capita Pension Solutions Limited to XPS Administration Limited back in the Summer.

The phone numbers and email addresses stayed the same, and there is a new website layout and a new look Pension Account.

We wrote to everyone to encourage you to register so you can access your new online Pension Account.

There are still lots of you who haven’t registered yet, which means you’re not getting the full pension experience or the easiest access to your retirement savings. You can’t see how well your savings are growing, change where your money is invested, or find out what sort of lifestyle you might be able to live in retirement.

So why wait? It only takes a few minutes to register and once you do, you’ll be connected to your future self.

What’s an administrator?

The SEI Master Trust’s pension administrator is responsible for maintaining our members’ pension records, keeping your data safe, and helping you with any queries, payments and transfers. As such they carry out a very important role for us as the Trustee, and for you as a member of the Trust.
